My belief is that each of us have the opportunity to live the life we envision for ourselves. Therapy can be that unique phase in life where you make the decision to focus on yourself. Life molds us into who we are in this moment, however, we each have the opportunity to cultivate who we want to be in the future.
Whether you want to make lasting life changes, process past trauma or learn skills to cope with everyday stressors, finding the motivation to get to therapy is all that matters.
I believe you are the catalyst for your own healing and growth. This approach allows each client to determine how the session is influenced and to be decisive with the goals they desire to work on. As the therapist, I offer a safe space for each of my clients and I empower you to pursue your personal goals.
"In order to be who you are,
you must be willing to let go of who you think you are"
- Michael Singer
